PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS: SYMPHONY COATINGS

This promotional offer is available exclusively to customers located in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Spend £250 and Get a £25 Sundry Voucher

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the "Spend £250, Get a £25 Sundry Voucher" promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Symphony Coatings (the "Promoter"). By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. PROMOTIONAL OFFER DETAILS

  • The Offer: The offer comprises one (1) £25 Sundry Voucher (the "Voucher") upon meeting the specified qualifying spend threshold in a single transaction.
  • Qualifying Spend: Customers must spend a minimum of £250 (excluding VAT) (the "Threshold") in a single transaction to qualify for a Voucher.
  • Daily Grant Limit: A maximum of one (1) Voucher per customer can be granted per calendar day, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made on that day.
  • Voucher Stacking Rule: If a previously earned Voucher is redeemed against a new order, that order will only qualify for a subsequent Voucher if the transaction total remains at or above the £250 Threshold AFTER the £25 discount has been applied.
  • Exclusions from Threshold: Delivery charges and any other non-product charges do not contribute towards the £250 (excluding VAT) Threshold.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PERIOD

  • Availability: This Promotion is available for purchases made at the depot, or for orders placed via telephone and email. This offer is open exclusively to customers located in Northern Ireland and in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Promotion Period: Valid from 28th January 2026 until 27th February 2026, subject to voucher availability.
  • Multiple Rewards: Customers are eligible to receive multiple Vouchers during the Promotion Period, subject to the limit of one (1) Voucher per customer, per day.

 

3. VOUCHER REDEMPTION & RESTRICTIONS

  • Redemption Window: Vouchers earned through this promotion can only be redeemed on orders placed between 28th January 2026 and 27th February 2026.
  • Redemption Methods: Vouchers may be redeemed for purchases made in the depot, or via telephone and email. Vouchers can only be redeemed at Symphony Coatings Northern Ireland (Symphony Coatings Northern Ireland, Unit 6a Nutts Corner Business Park, Crumlin, BT29 4SR.)
  • Voucher Expiration: All Vouchers must be used by 27th February 2026. Any Voucher not used by this date will be rendered void and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.
  • Eligible Categories: The Voucher can only be redeemed against products within the following categories: Abrasives, Health and Safety products, PPE, Tools, Adhesives, Equipment, Universal Solvents, Repair products, and Consumables.
  • Minimum Redemption Value: The new order (the "Redemption Order") must contain a minimum of £25 worth of items from the eligible categories listed above for the Voucher to be validly used.
  • Single Use: The Voucher must be used in its entirety in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Non-Refundable: The Voucher is not refundable and has no cash value or alternative.

4. RETURNS POLICY

  • Order Total Below Threshold: If non-faulty items are returned and the original order total drops below £250, the customer must return the specific £25 Voucher earned (or the value of the items bought with it, in their original packaging.)
  • Failure to Return: Failure to return the specific Voucher or associated items will result in the Voucher's value (£25) or the value of the items purchased being deducted from the refund amount.
  • Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Promoter's Rights: Symphony Coatings reserves the right to amend, change, or withdraw this Promotion for new qualifying purchases at any time without prior notice. Once a customer has met the £250 Threshold in a single transaction, the Voucher relating to that transaction will be honoured.
  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
