Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

This Prize Draw is promoted by Symphony Coatings Group Ltd ("the Promoter").
By purchasing qualifying Smirdex products during the Promotion Period, customers are automatically entered into the Smirdex "Score Big" Prize Draw and are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Prize Draw will run across three promotional periods:

Only qualifying purchases completed and invoiced during the relevant Promotion Period will be eligible for entry into that Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw for each Promotion Period will take place within three (3) working days of the end of the relevant Promotion Period, unless circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make this impracticable. In such circumstances, the Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

3. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to UK business customers purchasing directly from Symphony Coatings.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Employees of Symphony Coatings Group Ltd, Smirdex, their immediate families, or anyone professionally involved in administering the Prize Draw are not eligible.

Entries are made on behalf of the purchasing customer account. Where a customer account has multiple employees or purchasers, all qualifying purchases made under that account will count towards the same Prize Draw entry pool.

4. How to Enter

Customers will automatically receive one (1) Prize Draw entry for every qualifying full sales unit of participating Smirdex abrasive products purchased.

Every qualifying full sales unit purchased = 1 entry.

• There is no limit to the number of entries.
• The more qualifying sales units purchased, the greater the chance of being selected.
• Entries are generated automatically through Symphony Coatings' sales system – no separate entry form is required.

Only completed and invoiced purchases qualify.

Cancelled orders, credited purchases or products returned before the relevant Prize Draw will not qualify for entry.

As an exception to Symphony Coatings' standard returns policy, products purchased as qualifying entries into the Smirdex "Score Big" Prize Draw may not be returned for credit or refund where the return is due to a change of mind or the products are no longer required. This restriction does not apply where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Where a qualifying product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Symphony Coatings will, where reasonably possible, replace the product with the same qualifying product. Customers who receive a replacement product will retain their Prize Draw eligibility, provided the replacement relates to the original qualifying purchase.

Qualifying products

Only the following Smirdex products, purchased as full sales units during the relevant Promotion Period, qualify for entry into the Prize Draw:

Symphony Coatings reserves the right to amend the list of qualifying products before or during the Promotion Period where necessary. Any changes will be published alongside these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prize

Each monthly Prize Draw winner will receive:

Two (2) Club Wembley Hospitality Tickets for the advertised England fixture.

The prize includes:

• Centre Circle hospitality seating
• Premium padded seats
• Access to Club Wembley hospitality lounges
• Complimentary food
• Complimentary drinks
• Premium matchday hospitality experience

The prize will be awarded to the winning customer account rather than an individual employee. The winning business may nominate the two individuals who will attend the event using the tickets.

Travel, accommodation, parking and any additional expenses are not included.

No cash alternative is available.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Prize Draw

One (1) winning customer account will be selected at random for each Promotion Period from all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period.

Each Prize Draw will be conducted using an independent online random selection tool to ensure all eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected.

The Prize Draw process may be recorded by the Promoter to demonstrate fairness and transparency.

If an entry is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner by conducting a further random Prize Draw.

The Promoter's decision in relation to the administration of the Prize Draw and the selection of the winners shall be final.

7. Winner Notification

The winning customer account will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant Promotion Period.

The winning customer will be contacted using the account details held by Symphony Coatings as soon as reasonably practicable following the Prize Draw.

The winner must accept the prize within two (2) working days of being contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a further random Prize Draw to select an alternative winner.

The prize will be awarded to the winning customer account rather than an individual employee. The winning business may nominate the two individuals who will attend the event using the hospitality tickets.

8. Publicity

The Promoter may announce the winning company name and publish photographs of the prize presentation or event attendance on its website, social media channels and marketing materials.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the eligibility of any entrant and the validity of any qualifying purchase.
• Disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Amend, suspend or withdraw the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
• Refuse or withdraw a prize where the Promoter reasonably believes that an entrant has attempted to manipulate, abuse or undermine the fair operation of the Prize Draw.

Where a qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled, credited or otherwise found not to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to review the customer's eligibility and take such action as it reasonably considers appropriate.

Where qualifying products are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by Symphony Coatings, customers will not be disadvantaged, provided the products are replaced in accordance with Symphony Coatings' standard terms of sale.

The Promoter's decision in relation to the administration of the Prize Draw shall be final.

10. Data Protection

Personal information will only be used for administering the Prize Draw and contacting winners, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

If an advertised England fixture is postponed, cancelled or materially changed, Symphony Coatings reserves the right to substitute the prize with tickets to an alternative match or hospitality experience of equal or greater value, where reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws
